Are your pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes. All pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. But I still recommend hand wash to protect the glaze. The humid and soapy environment can ruin the product over time.
Are your pieces oven and freezer safe?
My pieces can easily handle both hot and cold temperatures due to the stoneware quality. However, it is important that you do not go from one extreme to another (e.g. from the freezer to the oven), as this could cause thermal shock and cracks.
What material is your ceramics?
I only use stoneware clay to create long-lasting pieces. The specific type of clay may vary from piece to piece, but is typically from Spain. Additionally, all glazes are food-safe and non-toxic.
Is it possible to order custom-made pieces?
Please contact me if you have a custom request. Please note that the process for custom orders typically takes 4-5 weeks, and I cannot provide a specific deadline as it depends on various factors.

Where do you ship to?
Inside EU: I offer shipping to all EU countries. Please see the price to your destination country in the checkout.
Outside EU: Orders sent outside of the EU (to the UK, US, and Canada) may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (the recipient is liable). Please contact your local customs office if you require more information regarding duties and taxes. Saleta is not responsible for accepting a return or issuing a refund if the customer declines to pay these fees.

How can i pay?
It is possible to pay online with Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Apple Pay. For bank transfer or cash orders please contact me.
What if my order is damaged during shipping?
Each piece is carefully wrapped and packed for safe shipping. However, if something arrives broken, please take pictures and contact me immediately for a replacement.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days. Please contact me for instructions. Return shipping is not included, and the product must be in new condition.

What does Saleta mean?
My beloved grandmother is the reason behind the name of my ceramic brand, Saleta, as it is named after her.
When did you start?
I started working with ceramics during the lockdown in 2021, which later led to the opening of my ceramic brand in April 2022.
